South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena

Friday, Sept. 23 -25, 2005

Location: The beautiful new South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena opened in April 2002. The facility features a regulation NHL size surface, 4 full locker rooms with showers, a complete pro-shop and snack bar overlooking the rink and providing spectators a warm place to watch the games. The arena is located on Rufus Allen Blvd, one block south of Highway 50 and within short walking distance of Lake Tahoe, several quality hotels, a city pool, City RV/Campground and is less than two miles driving distance to the casinos at Stateline.

Tournament Details:

Total teams: 16 teams only, new this year, Women’s Divisional play

Divisions: 4, each division consisting of 4 teams.

Roster: 14 paid players minimum.

Format: Round Robin format, 1 Championship game per Division.

Games: 3 games guaranteed. Divisional play begins on Friday, Sept. 23rd 2005 at 8:00 am. Championship games featuring the top 2 teams in each division begin on Sunday, Sept. 25th at 8 am.

Extras: Each player will receive a tournament tee shirt prior to the start of your first game. Each player will also receive beverages after each game in the locker room.

Team Cost: $1806.00 ($129.00 per player).

Discount: Team organizer receives a $75.00 discount with complete team registration and payment by due date.

Deadlines:

A $700 non-refundable team deposit is required to hold your team spot and is due by July 1, 2005.
The balance of $1,106 is due by August 1st, 2005.

How does my team enter?

Send in your deposit as quickly as possible, noting your team name, League and level of play. Individual registration forms are available on the PHA web site at www.playpha.com Each team will need to collect each individual registration form and submit a package to the tournament director along with final payment by August 1st, 2005.
